Terms of Service

Welcome to MenuMuse! We offer a suite of digital menu management and restaurant marketing tools. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our platform and any Services operated by MenuMuse. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Basic Definitions

The MenuMuse platform is a service for use by registered restaurant partners ("Accounts"). The Site and Services are the wholly-owned, copyrighted property of MenuMuse, and are subject to international copyright protection laws.

2. Content Ownership & Rights

User Content: You retain all ownership rights to the menu data, pricing, and branding you provide. You grant MenuMuse a worldwide license to host, store, and display this content solely to provide the Service.

MenuMuse Content: All templates, software, "Dish Trailer" formats, and neuro-gastronomy frameworks provided by us are the exclusive property of MenuMuse. You are granted a limited license to use these features for your restaurant's operations.

3. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's source code.
  • Use automated "bots" or scrapers to extract data from the platform.
  • Promote discrimination, bigotry, or illegal activities.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Services are provided on a paid subscription basis (Foundation or Elite tiers). Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Fees: All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for all applicable governmental assessments.

5. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your digital menus, QR codes, and "Dish Trailers" will be deactivated. File storage for canceled accounts is not guaranteed, and data may be subject to permanent deletion. Reactivating an account requires payment at current market rates.

6. Limitation of Warranty & Liability

"WE PROVIDE THE SERVICE 'AS IS'."

In no event shall MenuMuse be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost restaurant revenue) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the three-month period preceding the event.

7. SMS & Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional and promotional updates. For SMS support, you can opt-out at any time by texting "STOP". Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless provider.
